Is to promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury for both individuals and the wider community via support, advice and educational services.
Our Vision
By providing the support, advice and education to our brain injury survivors we hope to improve the outcomes for the individual, the family and the wider society affected by the life changing impact of brain injury.
Brain Injury
Brain injury can happen to anyone at any time and can transform any aspect of a person due to often complex cognitive, behavioural, emotional and physical changes. It can devastate lives, shatter families and leave people in desperate need of support. Headway Darlington & District is a local independent charity supporting people affected by brain injury.

We offer support and services to survivors and their family, whilst campaigning for greater public awareness and change. Our vision is to support all affected by brain injury to help them to rebuild their lives
